Join Us Tonight - Self-Defense Anyone Can Do!

Have you always wanted to join a martial arts class, but you also have some concerns? Don't worry. We believe in training right and keeping the body healthy. We all have to work or go to school. Some of us even do both.

It doesn't matter if you're young or old, big or small. We work with everybody. Do you have a chronic condition or pain that never goes away? Just let us know. Our number one rule is that "You should never do anything that you feel will injure you or someone else." Safety is always priority. As instructors, we take pride in being approachable and friendly.

Are you looking for a class to bring your family to? We have several parents that work out side by side with their children. This is something your family and friends will find fun and exciting. The study of self-defense doesn't have to be all doom and gloom. We enjoy what we do.

Join Us. We meet at 7pm.
