Haiti Relief Effort at TGIF's this Monday!

All branches of the military - Air Force, Navy, Marines and Army - along with the Crush Girls will be joining the Red Cross at TGIF Restaurant on Monday, Jan. 18th, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. to collect donations for the relief effort in Haiti.

Clothes, non-perishable food, living essentials & cash donations are all welcome!

Middle of the Month and Monthly Payments

It's now the middle of the month. If you haven't made your monthly payment, please do so as soon as possible. Your money goes towards the maintenance of the facility and keeping the classes active. And, since we are partnered with the City, that is why we can afford to charge such a low monthly fee. Take advantage of it.


Also, we have room for more students. If you're looking for a low impact workout and a family environment, we're the class for you. Visit or call the office at Lindale Recreation Center for more information. Have a great weekend. The center will be open for Martin Luther King's Day. See you Monday.

Advanced Class has moved to Monday and Thursday

Just a reminder. There will be no advanced class tonight. Both classes are now on Monday and Thursday, 7:30pm-9:00pm. See you tomorrow. Take care.

Changes for the new year...

Starting this Monday (01/11), both classes will be combined on Mondays and Thursdays. We look forward to seeing you there. We also look forward to posting plenty of pics and videos in 2010. We're one of the longest running self-defense/martial arts class in the Corpus Christi area.
